I am a Design Lead at New Zealand's quintessential website, Trade Me, where I lead the Design System and the central design team. A professional UX designer since 2004, I have both in-house and agency experience.
Providing coaching in creativity and creative problem solving is an essential part of my work, including facilitation of Design Thinking workshops.
Trade Me is New Zealand's largest, and most loved local marketplace. You can find almost everything you need: your house, car, furniture, clothes, boat, job, and lawn mowing service. But more importantly, Trade Me holds a special place in kiwi life that is unique to New Zealand.

uSwitch is one of the UK's top comparison sites. I worked for uSwitch 2011-2013 as the lead designer on their Energy comparison product. I worked closely alongside developers in cross-functional teams. Decisions were data-led, with iterations released under controlled tests.
